Thank you for shopping at RD Tracks Inc. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

20% restocking fee for all returns unless defective or damaged.

Returns

To return an item, please email us at info@rdtracks.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@rdtracks.com to arrange an exchange.
